A classic recipe of chicken drum sticks and thighs slowly cooked in a smoky rich red wine sauce.

Chicken Thighs (32%), Chicken Drumsticks (16%). Red Wine (Sulphites) (15%), Chicken Stock [(Water, Chicken Stock), Flavouring, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar], Shallots, Button Mushrooms,  Smoked Bacon, Cornflower, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Bay. Allergy Advice

This product has been made in a kitchen that uses nuts.
Single Portion: Preheat the oven to 200C / fan 180C / gas 6. Remove cardboard sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 40-45 mins, or until the food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins. Stir Sauce before serving. Caution: Take Care when removing film lid as steam may be released. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking instructions but cook for 25-30mins. Double Portion: Preheat the oven to 220C / fan 200C / gas 7. Remove cardboard sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50-55 mins, or until the food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins. Stir Sauce before serving. Caution: Take Care when removing film lid as steam may be released. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking instructions but cook for 30-35mins
