Roasted Vegetable and Extra Mature Cheddar Quiche
Chargrilled roasted peppers, courgette and aubergine with extra mature cheddar.
Pastry Case (Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Margarine [palm & rapeseed oils, water, salt, emulsifiers] Butter (Milk) Whipping Cream (Milk), Egg, Cheddar (Milk), Roasted Vegetables (Aubergine, Courgette, Peppers), Salt, Pepper.

Preheat oven to 200C / fan 180C / gas 6. Remove cardboard sleeve. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre the oven for 10-15 mins, or until food is piping hot throughout and the pastry is crisp and golden. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 5-10 mins.
