Wild Mushroom and spinach in a creamy white wine sauce

Preheat oven to 200C / fan 180C / gas 6. Remove cardboard sleeve and film. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre the oven for 30-35 mins, or until food is piping hot throughout and the pastry is crisp and golden. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 25-30 mins.



All our meals are microwave safe and can be microwaved from frozen. Some, however, are best suited to be cooked in the oven only.  

If you wish to microwave, please follow these times as a guideline. 

Single: 850W for 3 minutes. Stand or stir for 1 min. Followed by a further 3 min. 

Double: 850W for 4 min. Stand or stir for 1 min. Followed by a further 4 min. 

Make sure the meal is piping hot throughout.
