Fish Pie

Sustainably caught smoked haddock, salmon and North Sea cod, in a rich creamy sauce with leeks and spinach, topped with buttery mash potatoes and a sprinkle of toasted breadcrumbs for an added crunch. This comforting dish is best served with a crisp green salad.

Potatoes, Fish Stock: (Water, Fish, Onion, Celeriac, Leek, Carrot Extract, Spice, Herb), Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Rapeseed Oil), Leeks, Smoked Haddock (Fish) (9%), Cod (Fish) (9%), Salmon (Fish) (9%), Cream (Milk), White Wine (Sulphites), White Sauce, [Modified Tapioca Starch, Whole Milk Powder, Dried Glucose Syrup, Onion Powder, Salt, Yeast Extract, Butter Powder (from Milk), Spice and Herb Extracts], Spinach, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine salt, yeast)), Grana Padano (Milk), Flat Leaf Parsley, Dijon Mustard (Mustard), Worcestershire Sauce: (Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovies (Fish), Tamarind Extract, Onions, Garlic, Spice, Flavourings), Oil Blend (Olive & Sunflower Oil) Pepper, Salt.

**Caution** Although every care has been taken to remove all the bones, some may remain.

Single Portion.

Preheat the oven to 200C / fan 180C / gas 6. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 45 -50 mins, or until the food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins. 

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 25 - 30 mins.

Double Portion.

Pre heat the oven to 220c/ Fan 200c / Gas 7. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50 - 55 mins, or until the food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins. 

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 35 - 40 mins. 

Family Size:

Pre heat the oven to 220c/ Fan 200c / Gas 7. Remove cardboard  lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50 - 55 mins, or until the food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins.
