Lamb Casserole
Classic lamb casserole. Slow cooked lamb shoulder in a minted gravy with carrots and chestnut mushrooms.
British Lamb (40%), Mushrooms, Carrots, Chicken Stock (Flavourings, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar), Leeks, Onions, Red Wine (Sulphites), Plain Flour (Wheat Flour, (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), Parsley, Redcurrant Jelly, Worcestershire Sauce (Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovies (Fish), Tamarind Extract, Onions, Garlic, Spice, Flavourings), Mint Sauce (Mint, spirit vinegar, sugar, glucose fructose syrup, water, salt, acetic acid, stabiliser (xanthan gum), colour, Salt, Pepper.

Single Portion.
Preheat oven to 200C / fan 180C / gas 6. Remove cardboard sleeve and pierce film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 35 - 40 mins, or until food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins and remove film lid. Stir before serving.
Caution: Take care when removing film lid after cooking, as steam may be released.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 20 - 25 mins
Double Portion.
Pre heat oven to 220c / Fan 200c / Gas 7. Remove cardboard sleeve and pierce film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 45 - 50 mins, or until food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins and remove film lid. Stir before serving.

All our meals are microwave safe and can be microwaved from frozen. Some, however, are best suited to be cooked in the oven only.
If you wish to microwave, please follow these times as a guideline.
Single: 850W for 3 minutes. Stand or stir for 1 min. Followed by a further 3 min.
Double: 850W for 4 min. Stand or stir for 1 min. Followed by a further 4 min.
Make sure the meal is piping hot throughout.
