Roasted Vegetable Lasagne
Layers of roasted aubergines, peppers and courgettes between sheets of lasagne with a creamy white sauce.
Roasted Vegetables (Aubergines, Courgettes, Peppers) (25%), Milk, Chopped Tomatoes, Passata, Diced Onions, Lasagne Sheets (Wheat), Bechamel Sauce (Plain Flour, Butter, Milk), Cheddar (Milk), Celery, Grana Padano (Milk), Tomato Puree, Dijon Mustard, Oil Blend (Olive & Sunflower Oil), Garlic, Oregano, Soft Brown, Sugar, Salt, Pepper.

Single Portion:
Preheat oven to 200C / fan 180C / Gas 6. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 45 - 50 mins, or until food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 25 - 30 mins.
Double Portion:
Pre heat oven to 220c / Fan 200c / Gas 7. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50 - 55 mins, or until food is piping hot throughout. Allow to rest for 2 mins.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 24hrs. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 35 - 40 mins.
All our meals are microwave safe and can be microwaved from frozen. Some, however, are best suited to be cooked in the oven only.
If you wish to microwave, please follow these times as a guideline.
Single: 850W for 3 minutes. Stand or stir for 1 min. Followed by a further 3 min.
Double: 850W for 4 min. Stand or stir for 1 min. Followed by a further 4 min.
Make sure the meal is piping hot throughout.
